Everyone dines together for dinner and
breakfast. Friendly has a "Meal Packgage" - a one price covers all - breakfast, lunch, dinner (with a glass of wine included).
The restaurant serves lunch but sometimes the
guests are pretty scattered, dining on the top of a volcano,
having a picnic next to a waterfall, munching on a goodie
while treking along a jungle path watching the astonishing
array of butterflies bounce through the tree-tops.
Dinner is served family style - the menu is based on local produce, Tanna vegetables witht special glowing flavor
of organic food, rich with the minerals of the volcanic
soil. Sometimes, depending on the fishing, there is fresh fish or local lobsters. |
